I'm a fellow acupuncturist and have known Dr Tony Willcox for a number of years. I try my best to get acupuncture treatments to stay in balance or to address a particular malady. I know many acupuncturists in the tri county area yet there are only 2 or 3 TCM practitioners that i feel confident receiving treatment from. Dr Tony is definitely one of them. He's personable, confident, knowledgeable, and most importantly, extremely competent. I get results with Dr Tony. What I love most about him is that he truly cares for his patients. He has my utmost respect.

Although I was born and raised in the West, about twenty years ago,
I converted to the Sikh faith, which is a religion that originated in northern India about 500 years ago.  The Sikh faith respects all religious traditions and therefore we are particularly open-minded to different approaches to spirituality, physical health and medicine.   I have suffered from migraine headaches for almost 50 years and have gotten some relief through the years using both Western and Eastern techniques and remedies.  I am so pleased with the progress I have made thanks to Tony Willcox.  He combines acupuncture; massage; diet; supplements, and life style suggestions.  He has a wonderful bedside manner and one leaves his office relaxed, but alert.

As you know, I was a skeptic of oriental medicine (acupuncture), but at the behest of my closest friend, Brenda, who is also a patient of yours. I gave acupuncture a try as I suffer from chronic headaches and severe migraines. 
 
I cannot tell you how much your treatments have helped me.  You took the time to sit and get to know me and my problem areas.  You thought about them and discussed with me the various things we could try.   Your patience, understanding, and thoughtful treatment have improved my life.  My headaches are not as severe and I am able to function without the usual side effects a migraine produces. 

I also have osteo-degenerative arthritis in all my joints and most recently my lower spine was also diagnosed.  The back treatments you have administered have been a blessing...they really help alleviate the pain tremendously.  Upon your advice, I tried herbal medicines in place of using some over-the-counter and/or prescribed medications, and they really work.  Both my physician and physical therapist are in favor of my having acupuncture and tell me not to stop treatments.  In fact, my physician has recently added an acupuncturist to his staff, but there is no way I would ever leave you.  A side benefit of my twice-weekly acupuncture treatments is your beautiful, serene, and relaxing environment. 

As I see you during my lunch hour, it so nice to have a restful break during the day.  I return to work feeling unstressed and relaxed, as well as pain-free. I tell everyone how great you are and that they should give you (acupuncture) a try. Keep up the good work and thank you so much for helping to alleviate my stress and pain.

Hi Tony, I want to thank you. About 5 years ago, I suffered a serious  motor cycle crash leaving me with nerve damage. I tried everything.  Then I tried YOUR acupuncture. After a few treatments, I am noticing  that my body doesn't feel the extreme pain it use to feel.  My balance  is better when I walk.  I have noticed my nerve damage is getting  better. It feels like each treatment my body is opening up a little  more and I feel more relaxed and less frustrated. My confidence and  identity is coming back too. I know that may sound funny, but, with  this head injury I had to start life all over again. I was in a coma  for 3 months.  My goal is to be 100% normal and one day RUN !!!!!!
